What a lovely experience! Cherilee, or 'Cher' was absolutely wonderful. She obliged us for trying lots of different perfumes. Eventually found one I loved and she recommended finding similar ones on the website. 5/5 star service. Thank you Cher!! ❤️

Perfume purchased yesterday, was offered discount if I added membership. Was not informed of £15 membership charge, so saved £3.20 and incurred excess charge of £11.80. Only noticed it when received e-receipt. Customer Service refuse to refund and state must return to store. Judging by previous reviews, will give it a miss, as don't wish to be verbally abused.

Purchased perfume today and offered discount.Once we received the receipt abs reviewed it were shocked to see we had been charged 15.00 per year and had been signed into a yearly subscription. This was not explained by the salesperson.I returned to the shop and politely asked for a refund explaining the situation. At this point I was verbally abused by the member of staff in question and had to wait ages to receive my refund.Classic hidden upsell.

Prices are good here. Its quite a small shop and doesn't get very busy, unless it's Christmas time.Staff are friendly and welcome you as you go in. There are a few perfumes on the counters you can try. They have a good variety of perfumes and aftershave. Some of them come in a lovely gift box, with a cream or body spray.Good selection at a good price.

Ummm it wasn't the greatest of experiences. I went in wanting to smell Acqua Di Gio EDP, none of the three staff really knew what it was, and when they figured out what it was, one of them said just smell the Acqua Di Gio EDT it smells exactly the same? Now i am massively into my fragrances so i like to think i know what i am talking about. Yes it's got the DNA of the original but it is not exactly the same. Imagine i was a director of Fragrance Shop or somebody From Giorgio Armani? Doesn't really look good does it? So what i am hoping from this is that you give your staff the right training so this can be avoided in the future.
