Called in on a Saturday afternoon in desperation after spending hours on the phone to my new network, Sky, trying to apply their suggested settings to my phone in order to access my mobile data.The owner dropped what he was doing and within 5 minutes had my phone up and running again. Great service.

Cannot speak to highly of the service provided. Contacted this AM with dead Galaxy S7. Advised to bring it in for assessment. Diagnosed within 30 mins, and repaired within the hour. Very reasonable charge for battery replacement, and the phone looks as good as new. Thanks guys.

To be fair, I had really clarted my phone and they were very fast to repair but it cost me 350 pound and the new screen has green tint and the signal icon is covered by top black box. Fast and got the job done but not perfect and very expensive. - edit, just found out when they fixed they stuck the battery back in with double sided tape making the phone overheat and the battery shake around the body of the phone! do not recommend

Managed to drop my not very common OnePlus 7t and damaged the screen. The team in Fone Care & Repair not only managed to source and fit a replacement screen but also at a super reasonable price. Thank you so much.

Went in on Sunday to get my camera lens fixed, quoted £40 for it and just under an hour to be fixed, came back to find the camera blurry (worse than before) he said to allow 20 minutes to sort it out, I came back and it was the same. He initially said I can pay half price. Told him I wasn’t paying half price for them making the camera worse. They said not to pay and would get the boss to ring me on Monday. I gave them Monday and Tuesday to get in touch with me, and nothing. After a close look under light, there’s an oily finger print on the camera under the lens (cheap quality may I add) It’s quite obvious what has been replaced. Safe to say I won’t be using again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service from Jass. Rang on Thursday, replacement part ordered for me then (on trust), phone repaired in 50 minutes the following day. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I took my phone here as it suddenly stopped working. The owner is very knowledgeable and said he would try and diagnose the problem. I was anxious not to lose my data and work photos.When I went back to collect it fearing the worst, all was fixed at a very reasonable price. Great service from Fone care and repair. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service - absolutely faultless. My screen was not easy to source and they were careful to check I wanted to proceed once they had a firm price, rather than forcing an expensive unpleasant surprise on me. They were careful to let me check the phone was working properly before payment, and the 28 day guarantee for the screen (excluding damage) is good to have. All in all, I would totally recommend them.Edited 14/8/23 to add that they have just repaired my phone again within an hour of dropping it in for a malfunctioning power switch. Such polite, helpful service every time!
