I recently used Ninja Plumbers for a drain unblocking job in my shower on a Saturday evening at 8 pm. I was impressed with their prompt service at such an inconvenient time. The plumber arrived on time and efficiently resolved the issue. However, I did find the service a bit on the expensive side. Overall, I appreciate their professionalism and punctuality but hope for more competitive pricing in the future.

“Mason managed a complete bathroom fitting including plumbing and tiling. I'm completely renovating my flat, so whilst only a small bathroom, there was a lot of work needed to make the old kitchen a bathroom! Mason is a really great man - very responsive, hardworking and personable. He is a great plumber and did a great job. There was an issue with some of the tiling (subcontracted), but Mason really went out of his way to get this fixed and ensure that I was 100% happy with the final result. He is extremely trustworthy, honest and I am very pleased with my new bathroom - thank you Mason ”

I had a flood in my Bathroom 2 weeks ago caused by faulty new taps. I phoned Mason at 10pm at night and he was came around within 20 minutes. Thankfully he stopped the flood as this could have caused serious damage to my property as well as causing damage to the flat below me. He removed the faulty taps and took them back to the shop I bought them in. The shop replaced the faulty taps and Mason fitted the new ones. I am so grateful to Mason for coming around that night. Mason is reliable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend him.Farhad.
