Easily the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with - having Sacha and Dylan working on my project was fantastic start to finish. I needed an internal doorway moved in the upstairs bedroom of my Victorian terrace and the existing fitted wardrobes removed. Sacha was very quick to quote and reasonably priced - communication was excellent through the whole project. Sacha and Dylan were on time, polite and left everything so clean and tidy. Per anything that gets done in my house there were a few unexpected hurdles (damp patch, loose bricks) which I usually find daunting - but Sacha had a solution for all of them and talked me through my options and where someone else needs to be involved has even helped us with that. The quality of the finished work is fantastic, we could not be happier

Sacha was an absolute lifesaver for me. I purchased a 180 year old cottage and found out the week before I moved in that the whole floor and underfloor for the living room was damp and rotten! We had Sacha and team come and work on our semi detached house in De Beauvoir Town. The job consisted of a total interior renovation, with the addition of a mezzanine level, bathroom and staircases.We were impressed by Sacha’s emphasis on quality and attention to detail. He would often take lengths to ensure that the job was done the right way, rather than the quick way. For example, little work had been done on our house for many years and when we stripped the walls back he painstakingly patched in the brickwork and used steel mesh to make sure the surface was solid and would last years to come. We saw this attention to detail come to fruition in the final product.He is skilled and precise as a carpenter, making good use of lasers to ensure millimetre precision. Sacha impressed most of all when conducting his core trade: plastering. You can tell he’s been at it for many years as the finish he has produced is second to none. He has taken walls that were well out of level and somehow made them appear brand new.Sacha has built a good network and the tradesmen he brings in are equally skilled and pleasant to deal with.Overall, we’ll really delighted with the product and would confidently recommend Sacha and team.

Sacha is a fantastic project manager and builder who was there with us every step of the way in the renovation of our old Victorian house near Columbia Road.The project was initially only going to include removing an internal wall and levelling the floor downstairs. However, due to the age of the house a number of issues arose which led us opting for a full renovation including: replacing the joists, flooring, staircase, walls, ceilings, doors, and radiators, installing a small bathroom under the staircase, and re-wiring, plastering, decorating, tiling, and insulating the house.Sacha has a close relationship with a number of great tradesmen, meaning he was able to arrange for plumbers, plasterers, tilers, carpenters, decorators, electricians, and engineers to come in. This saved us a lot of time and ensured top quality work.Despite the scope of the project, Sacha was able to complete it within 3 months (just in time for Christmas!) to a very high standard.I highly recommend the London Construction Company for any renovation project due to their communicativeness, work ethic, and craftsmanship.
