Wulfstan Court Drop & Collect Post Office

When I attempted to post an item, the man behind the counter told me my item was too large to ship and that they had no space. I mentioned that the Evri website stated this location could accept large items. He then went on a rant, claiming he knew more about the situation than I did.Unsatisfactory service.

Post Office that cannot post.Tried to post something but was told to fill out the drop and collect online. Did this, went back, the attendant was unable to process it.When I politely asked why not, the attendant STARTED TO VIDEO ME WITH HIS PHONE. When I asked how that helps post my package, he said people sometimes get shirty".Further weirdness was that he said "you can leave the package here if you like"
