Partridge BMW

Today I had the misfortune of communications with Andrew Smith in reference to an offer I put in for a BMW 420i conv. He replied bluntly by e-mail to reject the offer with a antagonising and belittling manner. No effort made at all in trying to secure a sale. I responded by asking what price he would be willing to complete a deal today and instead of trying to negotiate and complete a sale, shows no interest in trying to achieve that. Maybe he is in the wrong profession. If this is the level of customer service that partridge pride themselves on, then surely they will win the worst BMW dealership in the UK award expertly led by Andrew Smith.

Great Personal Service from Izabela Lazi and all the team involved in my car order. I nearly had the car delivered 10weeks early due to Izabela pushing for early date BMW side. Unfortunately only work commitments my end slowed it down. I hope this sets the tone of the next 4 years of driving a company leased from BMW.

I visited Partridge BMW today for information about a recall and a query re my Key fob. I was very impressed with the two ladies on the service desk , Sarah and Jenny ,that helped me . They were both professional and friendly way.Excellent service, thank you.

Shocking! Took my car in for a recall. Apparently sorted. 24 hours later, there is a drivetrain issue warning, which was what it went in for, but they say the work has been done, and they would want £198 per hour to diagnose 'new' fault.What a happy coincidence for them.I should've gone to Snows!

I would like to thank James Harris and the rest of the team for his help and attention to detail when ordering my new car. This is the second car I have purchased from this Dealer. I live in Bournemouth and will not use my local dealer.Due to the chip shortage and COVID the wait for the car was longer than expected and further delays caused by the BMW Brand, not the dealer. However, in the end the car was worth the wait.Once the car arrived at the dealer, I had a couple of days to wait for the car to be ready.The car developed a small fault after three days, so I contacted James and he personally brought me out a loan car, took my car back to Eastleigh, had it repaired and two days later brought it back to me at home and that is what I call Customer Service.I am so impressed with the service I always get here and even travel over 35 miles to get the car serviced.I always believe that when you find a good business you stay with it.Once again, thank you James for the best customer service.

After just having my BMW delivered to my door from Dean at Partridge BMW I cant express how easy, professional and fantastic the service was.Done most of the paper work digitally which was super easy.Dean was really helpful and polite throughout the whole purchase.My new car arrived in pristine condition, in a covered lorry transporter, so like it just left the showroom.Handover was a doddle.They took my old car in part ex and gave me a very competive price.Dean also phoned me soon as I had the car to make sure everything was OK.Great service overall and will definitely be looking at Partridge of Hampshire BMW next time I'm looking to change.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another amazing experience with Adrian and his team! It has been 9 years of leasing cars from Adrian and his team which speaks volumes as I am a fussy so and so! When choosing a model with colours in and out, Adrian, Alex and Marius were awesome from the start. Alex is competent, efficient and very professional and then Izabela came on board who has been wonderfully personable, methodical and extremely reliable. The whole team are super knowledgeable which is what you need when you are looking at leasing an expensive beautiful car. Adrian and his team are the epitome of what customer service should be in the car industry, making you feel like a VIP during the whole process from start to finish. You couldn't get a team of more honest, authentic, well-informed and professional people, such a pleasurable experience! I would give 10 stars if I could!

After a really bad experience with our local BMW dealership, we have decided to give all our business to these guys and there was nothing but pleasure.
