Really, really exceptional service. Our car broke down and was relayed to Darlington Tyre & Auto Care, where they had a quick look and concluded the engine was shot (leaked oil, massive overheating). They were happy for the car to remain in their lot for nearly 2 weeks whilst we found a scrap merchant, they even took photos and shopped around merchants on my behalf, AND they refused payment for any of this. Just genuine good will and excellent service, that really turned a bad event into a pleasant human interaction. Can't say enough good things about them.

Overall, a quality experience from this auto centre. Needed tyres, and these were booked in for the next day fitting. Lots of choice of tyre with competitive prices. Tyres fitted without issue, service efficient, and team friendly. Parking is tight. Clean waiting area. Will be returning for my next set of tyres!

The service provided is outstanding and all staff are very polite and kind.I also would like to say how great it is to be able to trust the garage, having been to a previous garage where faults were always found I know that with you, only necessary work is suggested.I certainly would never take my car anywhere else now.Thank you for exceptional service.

Great service from Michael, Dan and the guys. Michael went out of his way and correctly diagnosed a broken coil spring ahead of the car being recovered to the garage, saving a lot of time.DTAC have also recently supplied and fitted very competitively priced premium run-flat tyres. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Thank you and your team for sorting my alinement on the car i can truly feel the difference much appreciatedThe visit to DTACD was as good as it could be the waiting area is clean and well maintained and very comfy i was able to just relax and read while i waited which was great as the weather was not.All the staff were very friendly and sounded like they knew what they were doing which is always a good sign.Overall would recommend the garage to anyone and will come again when needed.Thank you again
