Staffs are nice and helpful, the room is very comfortable and clean. The rent is also cheaper than the accommodation near. Best choice

Very nice staff and events. Perfect location. Good price for what you get.

the good:1. close to the university and the city center2. They organize many events to get togetherthe bad:1. The elevator fails at least once a week, the maximum time without working was 2-3 weeks continuously.2. In one of the entrances there was a leak when it rained and it flooded, taking 3 months to fix it.3. It doesn't matter if other tenants make a lot of noise, smoke or smell like weed the management will usually not take action4. When rooms are vacated, cleaning services are hired and can be carried out at any time of the day, including night or early morning or very early, disturbing the other tenants.5. The accommodation offers £100 for referring a new tenant, however more than 5 months can pass without the money being deposited, citing any type of excuses.6. Some furniture may be broken or very old7. Some rooms lack good natural lighting

Highly recommended. Good value for money, and most of all, great staff members. Mr. Aden and Ms. Wenjing at the front desk were very helpful during my stay at Rockingham House (1 Newcastle st.)

Brilliant Student Apartment! Super loving receptionist! There are always delicious snacks, drinks and super delicious cakes. By the way, location is really convinent and advantagous next to the Diamond and Sheffield Campus. Really love here~

The location is good but the facilities are old and often break down, case in point the lift has not been working for almost a month. I live on the sixth floor. There is no urgency to fix the issue. Laundry or shopping is impossible now and walking up SIX flights of stairs is a hassle. Don't let the good reviews on student accomodation sites trick you like they did me. Don't live here

Had a lovely time staying here! Great staff, amazing location and a beautiful environment. Would recommend this place a 100% to anyone looking for a very relaxed stay! ☺️ it also has some great views!

Really good accommodation, great for attending the university of sheffield. Great staff, social spaces, price and area. Perfect for early morning starts.

It is always a nice experience to be in Rockingham house. It provides a good environment to meet fellow students and it is extremely close to all university buildings and social spaces.
