Had a lovely meal, even though it was busy when I visited the food came out fairly quickly and the customer service was excellent from Beth and all the other staff. The food quality was great we had the Thursday offer which was a free starter or main with a super special meal. All of which was at a great standard. Would definitely recommend!

Burger was terrible. Won't be eating there again. However, my Dad had steak, and he said it was ok.**EDIT**The food was hot and well served. Staff were lovely. It's the quality of the food that was not to appealing. The burger itself was very cheap, no taste and would have been better off going to maccies for one. Onion rings were not actually rings of onion, they were the processed kind. I personally think they are vile....from anywhere. Coffee machine also broke halfway through our visit. Why do you only have one?

We had the full English breakfast with toast and waffle your way.It was soo delicious and everything tasted fresh. If you can't handle spice, don't get the peri peri sauce.The cappuccino was nice as well, I'm really picky, but I loved everything here. Love it xx

Came on the 13th December for a meal. The food was very good as was the service. The atmosphere was very good and staff very obliging. Me and my friend will definitely be returning.

One of the barmen, he's served me on 2 separate occasions, he was maxed out but he was so lovely. He didn't rush me. He didn't make me feel harassed. He served me with good humour and curtesy and was so helpful. When I go there again, I'll look out for him as he was just so helpful and nice.I will go there again.

Called oin for breakfast before travelling to airport.Made the mistake of having the big breakfast rather than the full English which would have been more than adequate.It was nice though!!Friendly staff, good value and good service - will call again soon

Food wasn't brilliant. I asked for the 12oz rump steak medium-rare and it arrived still grazing (see photo). Granted the manager and staff couldn't resolve this issue quick enough, but the whole issue put me off eating. They made a whole meal fresh for me in a timely manner so I can't complain about the service or staff for a moment, however, the new steak came and it was rather tasteless and chewy.My mother ordered the lasagna and it was lukewarm at best after waiting 35 minutes for the food to arrive.I would've given this 4 stars but as I've said it's hard to maintain an appetite after being served something raw.

Nice selection of food bit pricey but lots of deals.We did find an insect in our food but all that was offered was a replacement. Good location near the train and bus station.

No complaints about the basic, unfussy food, which was fine and served quickly. Surroundings seem a bit worn out. The area where we sat wasn't very clean (food spills on the carpet). Worst was the female toilets, which were reportedly disgracefully dirty.
