Last week I visited the shop to order a cake for my son's cake smash celebration. They made it very beautiful cake we all loved it . Special thanks to Abi, I was asked her like I need a cake matching with the theme. They made it up to our expection.

I had to order a last minute cake for my sister’s birthday and the staff at Cake Box were brilliant.They processed my order swiftly and diligently. I ordered a red velvet cake and some cup cakes, which looked and tasted amazing. My sister is vegan so cake box was just the perfect option. Thank you to the team at cake box!

Brilliant customer service when I needed a cake last minute for my sons birthday. They catered to my needs entirely with no issues and the colleagues went above and beyond for me. The cake came out superb and I purchased extra smaller slices to accompany my cake due to a large turnout. No leftovers. Brilliant through and thorough, visit cake box slough on the high street!

Ordered a Flakes & Strawberries Photo Cake to be delivered.Cake arrived, promptly and in good order. However there were no flakes nor strawberries on it.Spoke to the shop, I was given two choices, provide my own strawberries and flakes and put them on myself or bring the cake back to be decorated. Note, I had paid £11.24 for delivery. So I could now spend money and decorate it myself or during the work day, leave work, drive to Slough, pay for parking and have it decorated.After persisting, I was given a refund for the delivery charge.However still disappointed as the description of the cake was Flakes and Strawberries and it had none of those.2 stars given due to the refund.

I ordered 40 chocolate cupcakes with Adam and his mum. Absolutely stunning, ready on time,boxed well and they were so tasty. My guests were very impressed with them and we will be returning to buy more. Priced well and it's just nice to know they are eggless and yummy. Great friendly service too.
