Great company. I hired a car from PCO car rentals to kickstart my side hustle and get a taste of what it’s like to drive for Uber, Bolt etc. before committing to purchase a licensed car. Insurance was also provided. 25% off for new customers during the first 6 weeks was a bonus too! No hidden fees, very affordable way to start.100% recommend.

Absolutely a 5 star company. Amazing customer service. I wish they had a bigger, more diverse fleet. I'm certain they can double or triple their profit if they add more hybrid, executive, MPV cars. The business model, customer service, and system are great.

The worst company I ever rented a car from. All the reviews here are from accounts with only 1 review as they asked their drivers to give them 5stars in exchange for £10 discount, I still have the message on my phone. Staff is friendly only at the beginning when they rent you the car. After that, staff is very rude and don't help you at all when you have a problem. Once I was driving their car in south London and someone stopped me in traffic to tell me I had no braking lights. I pulled over, I called them and they said to take the car to their garage (in north London, more than 1 hour away) just to change the lights if not, I won't get any refund if I change them myself. I had other problems with their cars, I had the car stopped at their garage for 1 week, I couldn't work, I didn't get any refund. Once, they had problems with the insurance, I couldn't use the car, again, no refund. If you do complain, you are not listened, they just don't care. The worst experience I had when I gave the car back, they blocked me and tried not to return my deposit after 1 month as per contract. I had to call them using a different number and managed to get the money back. I have evidence of everything on my email. I would not recommend this company to anyone!EDIT 21.03.22: Instead of replying to my review after almost 2 years, hoping to save your reputation, you could have replied to my email after returning the car. You are the same s****y company! Shame on you!

Very good company I have a Kia Niro with them very professional and easy to deal with they never ring you up for issues and always there to help. DONT GO TO SPLEND OR OTTO CAR believe me these smaller companies are the best.

PCO RentalsAs an women uber driver you come across a lot of challenges when driving and in personal life example , circumstances ,times of hardship, and even times of mental health, and family. I have had previous experiences from rental company .What i look for is 4 important elements in running a company that is ,humanity, emotional empathy, understanding, and finally patience. A lot of the time rental companies will lack two or more of these traits ,lets be real it a business not a charity but with that there has to be the 4 keys points and finally i found my company that does Pco rentals over the last 5 years have grown to me as not just a company but made to feel part of family were all the people there are truly lovely from the accounts team to service and even all the way up to management ,For example in times of hardship they are willing to help and take pressure of you if you need time to catch up with payments as long as your honest and agree to a plan they on point, they use there discretion on situations and are willing to help for example i had a period of bad health and wasn't able to work for a few months pco went above and beyond to make me not worry about the payments and went throw step by step how they would help me which at that point i knew i would never leave this company. Please bare in mind this is a business and as much i have had my issues it works cause I'm honest. I make them aware of what's happening at all times a good healthy relationship is key .I truly encourage any women drivers to join this company as you will not be disappointed, And any one else whom is looking for a company that will be there every step of the way Pco is the one.
