Recent visit to Max Spielmann proved annoying and expensive, I needed photographs for an Irish passport, (£12.99)I asked the price for and English passport seems they are cheaper at £10.99, I noticed that the cost of their photographs inside asda are £6. 00 how can they penalise people that are wanting an irish passport photos, we are told to shop local to keep our local businesses open, but I hate the fact that I've been over charged for being Irish.

Although staff were friendly they had no idea what they were talking about or doing. Took over half an hour to upload instant photos" didnt even get through them all as one staff member told us it would be quicker to change the way we do it then after stopping the bluetooth the other staff member told us it doesn't work like that. So ended up costing just less than £20 for photos that were too big as they decided to put a border on which we have just had to spend even more time cutting off. So much time energy and money wasted. Ill just use snap fish or free prints and wait."

I highly recommend this place. Very helpful staff and always great service. I like to order my photographs especially in bigger size and they are always in good quality. Great place to order photo gifts on big and small occasions.

Staff no knowledge about anything anyone can grab a camera to take a photo for passport she zoomed to maximum than print it my face looked giant in photo poor service I won't be going again and I do not recommend this shop please go elsewhere where they can take photo.

Staff was amazing very helpful had my passport photos done then as well as the photos they gave me a memory stick with them on all for £10, then had 6 black and white photos of the family which she tweaked for me.

Very bad service ,non professional staff even don’t know the size of international visas requirement ,my baby passport time paid twice was no meeting the requirements,,today I pat 28£ For again I notice the size is not same

What lovely staff and shop! Super friendly and helpful. A great range of photo printing services, you can send photos straight from your phone and print them right in-store. I made a mug featuring my cat :)

Absolutely brilliant. I had a photo that had flash reflection on as was a photo taken of a photo by mobile. The flash had reflected on the photograph and max spielmann did an amazing job of correcting the photograph. I'm really impressed. They are wonderful
