Really bad service. They were meant to deliver a parcel on Monday but I was told later that it would be delivered on Tuesday instead. As a company that handles passports, it's important that they give correct information as so many depend on it.

Staff Friendly and Fast. Directions wise its not easy to find so here goes.As you approach the airport keeping drive straight. Continue straight past the turn off to the Long Stay Carpark. Shortly after on the left there will be a road (small green arrow says Air Cargo)You will see a Security Type hut with barriers (this is of putting as looks as if you are going into a no go area) The sign on the hut says its unmanned and to proceed.Drive down here and on the right you will see DX.

Absolutely rediculous that they don’t offer an option of leaving the package in a safe space if your not in, considering people work Monday-Friday and they don’t deliver on weekends.

Excellent service, the driver came back with my parcel after I missed him. Unfortunately we got our wires crossed (my fault) and I missed him again by a few mins. He left the parcel out in the depot for me to collect that evening. Thanks for your help!

The sender said parcel would arrive with us on June 2. But DX tried to deliver it a day early, when we were out. Arranged new delivery date of today, June 2. Waited in all day long, no communication at all. After two phone calls to DX, a v grumpy courier finally arrived at 6pm. Very much hope never have to get a parcel from DX again. Other delivery companies use email and texts to give a reasonable idea of when a parcel will arrive, so why can't DX?.

Map location is now listed correctly, contrary to previous reviews. There is also a car park right next to the building. Turned up to drop off docs to send off to the US Embassy; request was dealt with smoothly and swiftly! (Mon 11th July 2022 morning)

Awful!!! Never had a worse experience. Blatantly lied to about a package (that it was on the lorry and on its way) when in truth they hadn't seen it for a week, since being scanned into the Belfast depot. Also told it would be kept there for me, and was definitely there, when I turned up to collect. Spent two hours waiting as they searched the warehouse (for the package that was definitely there") only to be told it hadn't been seen for a week and was now confirmed lost. Absolutely unbelievable."
