The shop itself has lovely jewellery, however the STAFF!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I love this brand and I really do not want to boycott it. I'm hoping I can give this particular store another chance to redeem themselves. Staff member was not interested in helping at all. So disappointed. I had money to spend too. Not impressed

Ordered a bracelet in November for a Christmas present. Got an email confirmation to say it was to be delivered on the 16th of December. Enquired on the 18th December only to be told the bracelet was out of stock and due back in 9-10 weeks. Service was terrible and would not recommend.

Staff are so useless, it's almost like they don't want to sell their products, I waited around for someone to help me but the staff kept acting busy or like they didn't see me, worse part was that, I heard them talk amongst each other saying they thought it'd be busy today as it's boxing day but its not busy at all, so they had no reason not to come and ask for help, they just looked miserable.Otherwise store is nice, but what's the point of the store looking pretty if the staff can't be asked to serve.

I have purchased many engraved bracelets from their website before so I wanted to make one for my mother as a gift.As I went into the store, there were no customers and approximately 4 sales staff. 3 standing behind the till and 1 on the shop floor. I was not greeted but I greeted them up on entering. The staff behind the till were having a good gossip whilst the member of staff on the floor was trying to listen in.I kindly asked the sales assistant where the engraved bracelets were, she told me. I then asked if she had the all metal one instead of the material based, she said we only have the one with all the diamonds on it which is a lot more expensive and looked away as if we were done with the conversation and the bracelet was out of my price bracket. That was incredibly insulting as I was indeed after the diamond encrusted bracelet! After that comment I decided it wasn’t even worth spending my money in there with such incredibly rude members of staff and terribly insulting customer service.After emailing customer service to complain, their response was “Thank you for your e-mail. I am really sorry about your disappointing experience in one of our stores. And thank you so much for letting us know about your feedback.”Horrific just don’t bother

Bought myself this gorgeous ring for my birthday. The staff were so helpful and honest. They weren't just interested in a sale and were very happy to open up the glass chest for me to try the jewellery in person. The engraving was free and fast. The price was amazing too, but I guess that's expected in an outlet. All in all, I'll be back to find new treasures.

I went in at a very busy time and it was my first time visiting the shop. All the staff were very occupied and you had to queue near the till to wait to be served. I had to wait for a while but it was all worth it! The lady who helped me was very attentive, patient and competent. I'm very happy with the purchase!

Hello I want to put a formal complain about the service in the shop here at Biscester Village. I came to shop a pair of earrings. I was waiting while the lady was serving a customer and when one of your other salesman became available. I told him I’ve been waiting here he said he will go to the other lady that requested assistance. I thought that coming to Biscester Village was going to be quicker to take my earrings back home instead of buying online plus enjoy a the customer service. I was wrong, Awful experience not worth driving here to get a face to face service. Yes could be lovely jewellery design but not worth at all and put off buying here at all.

This was the first shop I went into on my visit to Bicester on Monday. I wanted to give a shout-out to Stephanie who was so helpful and friendly. She made my visit seamless and I just wanted to say thank you to her!

I had the great opportunity of working for Monica Vinader in Bicester Village and I would like to thank all the management team ( Anna, Jamie, Priscila and Chloe) for all their support and their knowledge transfer and the rest of my colleagues (Jackie, Laisha, Marish and Abigail). It was an amazing opportunity that helped me to develop my professional skills, but also it helped me to grow as a person.They are customer service and needs focused.I would recommend that company not just because of their product (which is amazing) but also because it is a very good company to work. They treat staff very well and listen to their needs.I would highly recommend doing your shopping at Monica Vinader Bicester Village, you will enjoy a unique shopping experience!

10/10 customer service!! I already had the signature thin bracelet that I purchased online and my mum wanted to get one too. I never went in with the intention of exchanging my bracelet as thought I may have to do it online, I explained my bracelet had been very loose and falls off sometimes. The customer service lady was quick to help me and exchange the bracelet straight away hassle free! So pleased and will be back to purchase more!❤️
