I have suffered with my back for 12 years and seen many chiropractors. with Richard I feel he really wanted to get to the root of the problem which he has, now it is just a matter of maintaining my back rather than getting me out of severe pain. I would definitely recommend to friends and family or any body with a back problem. 5 well deserved stars!!

Had physio and did yoga to relieve my upper/lower back pain and right shoulder pain but the problem remained and so did the pain. Decided to try Purity Clinic to deal with any underlying issues that couldn't be corrected by physio or yoga/exercise. I am happy to report that after 9 sessions with Richard i am virtually pain free,with just a little pain remaining in right shoulder,which is slowly improving with every session. Staff are lovely and approachable to deal with all concerns,i recommend this treatment to anyone who is fed up with their pain

Had back trouble for a long time now. My job is physical and things had built up over time. Went to my doctor who was no help at all so went to see Dr Ridings. Very knowledgeable and seemed know what the problem was and how he could help.I started treatment and noticed an instant improvement. It has taken time to fully resolve the problem but after a few months have no back problems at all. Almost can't believe where I am now to where I was. I can't recommend highly enough. After having a sudden limited mobility and a scary diagnosis on my back I was in a haze when I saw Richard from all the medical terms I was being given, Richard broke this jargon down and explained what was happening in my body. Richard completed a comprehensive initial exam which highlighted areas which was contributing to the discomfort I was having, he was then able to discuss with me about all possible treatments to first reduce the pain and then how to manage going forward. Along with the various treatments and suggested home exercises from Richard, I have reduced the amount of pain medicine I was given from the GP. I now have increased mobility and I understand what is happening in my body to enable me to adapt to reduce further discomfort.I would, and have recommended Richard to all.

Purity was recommended to me by a relative.I have had lower back and hip pain for around 2yrs now due to bad posture as I sit in a car for long periods of time. After around 12 sessions I can definitely say that my pain is a lot less.. I'm taking a month off due to needing an operation but will be continuing as soon as I'm fit to do so.Thank you Dr Ridings for all your help.

Purity chiropractic is highly recommended. Ive been suffering with a trapped nerve or the likes of which he was able to pinpoint and is now working on. A very thorough, very informed and friendly service. Richard is very good at explaining the issues and options. I felt to be in very good hands. I just wish my doctors were as good. A lovely clean and modern practice with parking available. Good rates and no waiting around.

Went to the Back & Neck clinic back in April when I was in agony and incapacitated, having suffered on-and-off with my lower back for quite a few years. Ongoing treatment has helped me hugely; it's been a lengthy process but well worth it, and worth the financial cost too. Dr Richard is professional and friendly, ready with advice as well as expert treatment. It's taken a lot of work from myself (daily exercises) as is to be expected, but seven months on and my back feels like it hasn't done in a very long time - I feel comfortable in my day-to-day life and even when handling heavy goods at work I feel fine. Highly recommended.

Astounding! I came to see Dr. Ridings with balance issues - after 2 sessions I am no longer stumbling! Dr.Ridings is very knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel at ease and comfortable. We tried some medical accupuncture yesterday, which has loosened up my stiff back. The receptionist is amazing too. Very comfortable & easy going atmosphere. Thoroughly recommended.
