Pristine Dry Cleaning

Extremely professional and caring service. There was an issue with my suit when I got it back from being dry cleaned. Unfortunately some dye had appeared on my trousers. Khrisna and Hema were on hand to help straight away.The process took a few days but the trousers came back good as new. They even altered a different pair of trousers for me to wear in the meantime, free of charge.Highly recommend this company. Very professional and care any their customers.

Pristeen have just home delivered my blazer at no extra cost, and I am very pleased to say it is spotless AND they protected the buttons, which other local cleaners have often failed to do. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

I'm usually wary of going to new dry cleaners but I had to because my local has just closed. I am the most particular about my work clothes because they are so expensive and I can't risk any potential damage to them. I am so happy I stumbled upon Pristine because they, without a doubt, are going to be my new regular. My wardrobe has never ever been in such good condition!! It's just the cherry on top that the owners are just personable people - I highly recommend

I have been using Pristine (Krishna and Hema) for over a decade and I have always been very pleased with their service. They are very decent, honourable people. Recently, by mistake, I left £200 in my clothing and I am pleased to say they returned it with no ifs-or-buts and would not accept a reward for doing so.

I have take the most expensive dress I ever bought to this dry cleaning on June to be washed safely. I have placed it in my wardrobe the same way I collected , covered with the plastic ; never occur to me to check. Anyway on Saturday I have this smart Christmas dinner to attend. So Today I decided to unwrap the dress and get things ready for Saturday as I will be working till late until Saturday . Very desapointed to find out my dress is ruined . It was a light beige now is grey . Inside it is a big black stain. The zipper is also broken. It is completely ruined! I have been ringing the shop no one answer. I will try to make picture to leave here. The only good think today is Wednesday I have time to work something else . Don’t trust this place.

Lovely lady - the owners wife? - helped my daughter decide that she didn't need her prom dress taken up but it was fine as it was - saved us £50! You can always trust some one who advises you against spending your money.

I decided to go to this dry cleaners on a whim, needed my suits cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the service. Firstly the owners are the most lovely people you’ll ever meet, secondly the cost was very reasonable for the service that went above and beyond. Finally my suits came out and I think they were cleaner than when I first had them tailored for me. Wish I was capable of giving more stars

What incredible customer service and quality work! My wedding dress was a tricky one because it was beaded and delicate. Pristine did an incredible job tailoring it so it fit like a glove. I had multiple fittings to ensure it was just right. Even with the complicated bead work it looked perfect. And after my big day they cleaned it so it looked brand new. The train of my dress was pretty stained, but you couldn’t see a single mark after they had finished. Very impressed all around, would highly recommend using Pristine!

Thank you to Hema and Krishna for saving the day with my wedding dress last week as it needed a last minute alteration. Can’t fault the duo and the advice they had at hand. Can’t recommend them enough :)
