For the main staff I would give it a 5 star rating ⭐️ But because its got slower and when the main staff are off you get temererery ones in they can be rude to everyone who walks in so that they want to go to a different pharmacy all together this is why I dropped my star rating.

Only one young lady who's rude, and was unkind to my autistic child who went through the counter. I guess she doesn't like people with special needs and does not care about their needs.

No sensistivity at all. Shouting people addresses and medical conditions in front of each other. No one wearing masks or any sanitizer but they’ve got signs asking only 3 people to come in. How does this make sense?

Really helpful pharmacist. When I had already tried a number of pharmacies to fulfil my prescription with no luck, the pharmacist here suggested where might have stocks of what I was looking for. She was right and my search was over! Nowhere else I had tried even attempted to help, they just gave the computer says no" response. So thank you for taking the time to help."

The staff here are proper little Angels as they overcome, angry customers, impatient ones too, and not forgetting the rude and downright insensitive people and thru it all they smile, share a joke and laugh a lot - - when allowed. Number one chemist in Reading.Exceptional Empathetic, Caring Staff

What an awful experience. This branch brings all chemists stores a bad reputation. Thankfully, I don't have to return to this store. The counter staff were so disrespectful of customers personal information, raising their voices aggressively challenging those who have medical exemption, not checking details with patients before handing over medication.
