What I love about this organic store is that it is older than me and has been in west Hampstead way before the neighborhood and the organic concept became trendy. The owner Mukesh is such a nice man, he knows a lot about his business and can advise you wisely. They have a good selection of organic products: food (fresh, dried and supplements) babyfood, bodycare and babycare. I bought my first mooncup at peppercorns years ago and because of that this store will always be special to me.

Really friendly staff! Always give some advise and tips and answer my question about many products queries....always ready to order smt just for me and helped me one day I was short of money to pay whenever I can! Really nice feeling to visit this neighbourhood store, very cosy and warm! Very personalised and special service, they even remember what I buy!

Very lovely staff/owners. Always have a nice chat, ask about recommendations on products, they've ordered me items especially also. When I call to enquire whether they have stock or when they'll get it, I have always gotten through to someone and have been helped - without fail. Had a case of wrong change on my first visit - called them up and they checked my claim, recognised the mistake and even kept my change for me for almost a week before I could pick it up.In short: friendly, honest, helpful, good selection of products, good vegan and raw selection. I highly recommend Peppercorns in West Hampstead and am a regular visitor.

Whilst many shops greet you with fake upbeat attitudes and false smiles only worn for marketing purposes, (something I thoroughly dislike), this family owned business is genuinely friendly and always make me feel at home. Their prices are fair, especially when compared with other local organic shops, they are knowledgable regarding the products they stock, and very accomodating when it come to obtaining new items. It is a plesure to support such a decent local independent shop that still carries values that align with my own.

The staff at Peppercorns is friendly and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to talk to and have a great selection of quality products. This health store was the first of its kind on West End Lane when I lived there over ten years ago and I still go there.

A delightful health shop always full of interesting things to try. The owners take a real interest in the products, and have often tried them out themselves. I enjoy a chat when I'm there, and the kimchi options are a fantastic find.

Peppercorns is a gem. It has been in West Hampstead for a long time, and the new location is just as good as the old. Fabulous choice of supplements & vitamins - the owners always have a great knowledge of the best product for you & never try to sell you anything you don't need! Great options for staple cupboard foods & fresh food options if you need something on the go. Definitely would recommend a visit here for all of your organic/natural/nutritional needs!
