We had Neil to sweep our chimney this week. He rang the day before to confirm the appointment which I really appreciated. He is very responsive, very communicative and personable. He did a quick and thorough job and kept me updated throughout. I would recommend him. Also he turned up early which was a plus.

Neil did a great job of sweeping our two log burners. He had spare parts and was able to replace parts that we knew needed fixing. He was super clean and tidy and left not a trace of mess. Highly recommended!

We have used Thames Chimney Sweeps since 2017. Our log burner gets a thorough clean and check-over every year by Neil. He provides an excellent service: highly professional and friendly. We also get an annual reminder for our sweep which is really useful. We highly recommend him.
