Emma is an intuitive yoga teacher, I always feel great after I've been to a class and over the years I have become much more flexible.

It was so nice to practise a traditional method of yoga with a combination of breathing, postures, relaxation, chanting and meditation....I really enjoyed it!

Lovely location, traditional hatha yoga led in a very peaceful and meditative setting. Feeling good! Emma led the class in a clear way, helping me to get into a very concentrated, calm state of mind.

Yoga Bromley is a very welcoming and approachable place to practise yoga. The teachers really know their stuff and I learn something new every week. I started yoga a year ago with an almost frozen shoulder and over the months it has completely recovered and I now no longer think about it. The 10 week beginners course is a great introduction to yoga and I highly recommend it. It welcomes people of all ages, shapes and sizes and as the classes are a small size everyone gets personal tuition. I have been to yoga classes at a gym and this is just so much better.
