2 out of 4 washers working meaning I had to go elsewhere to complete washing. Came back at time wash complete (within 2mins) and one wash load had been stolen. No answer on prima phone or reply to messages. Save your money and get better wash etc at liver launderette up the road.... Which now accepts contactactless payments also.

Paid on app for dryer which did not work, moved to and paid for another dryer which also did not work. Phone number given is useless as goes straight to voicemail and then do not reply to texts or voicemails. Avoid.

Dirty premises and machines frequently out of order. But the only cashless laundrette around.
