Friendly staff. I got my smile done in Turkey and I had some canal root treatment to be done . Dr. Rafique was extremely friendly and explained the most affordable options of treatment .

Dr Joshi and his team will make you feel at ease and will explain procedures clearly and concisely, I have just had a difficult extraction which thankfully left me with little to no pain and a problem solved!.I have used Densmile in the past and would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone seeking professional dental advice / treatment in a clean, modern surgery with lovely staff to boot!

The Dentist and every member of his staff create a professional, relaxed and friendly environment for a nervous patient like myself ... I travel over 30 miles for the professional welcoming and comfortable dental visit. Complete confidence and trust in my dental treatment is very important to me.Usually the emphasis of treatment and regular check-ups is on detection and preventative oral health issues. Treatment plans are well explained with empathy, accompanied by planned appointments, printouts and appropriate leaflets.Once I needed to visit the Surgery on an Emergency basis. I was treated with fantastic caring approach and seen on the same day, this is very much appreciated.A big Thank You to Rajen and his Team at Densmile, and I would highly recommend Densmile to my friends and family.

I booked an appointment for tooth filling with Dr joshi, i called on Wednesday and booked an appointment for Friday, they said bring your benefit documents with you they need to see it.The most cowboy business I've ever seen, dentist has one staff member, poor girl had to do reception duty plus be his assistant during dental check up, she was running back and forth.Dentist on the other hand seemed like he was on mushrooms, the guy was panicking like it's the end of the world or may be took some strong stuff that day iam not so sure. Only thing he was interested in was to get my nhs benefit details. once I signed the paper work, he said he's not going to treat me today.Today is only an emergency viewing appointment, I said I booked an appointment for filling not viewing, then he said he wants the list of all the medication iam on, I said I take 7 different medicine you have my GP details you can ask him, he said that I need to go to my gp and get the list of medication iam on, I said I've been to different dentist before and nobody ever asked to see full list of medication for a tooth filling. He said he doesn't operate unless he knows everything about my health. I was scratchinge my head thinking is this guy for real?.Then he said he'll do a temporary filling this time, I said ok, it took him less then 2 minutes and says you're good to go, I said the filling feels like it's not in the right place I could feel it moving, he says that's the best he can do for now, I said what if the filling comes out, he said if the filling comes out go to some other dentist, I can’t see you Iam very busy for next 2 months I have no appointments available. Funny enough no one else was there or showed up while I was there, the place was a ghost town. In other words this conman is only after your NHS benefits, once he has you're benefit details he's going to show you the door.I left the place shocked. On my way driving back home I sneezed and the filling came out, I drove straight to another dentist on Foleshill road they asked me to fill my details that's it, i asked them if they need to see my benefit documents they said that's your personal documents and we're not allowed to see them and you should'nt show them to any one else, they didn't ask any me any funny questions about how much medication iam on. Had to wait about 50 minutes for an appointment, the dentist was very calm and polite, he took X rays and did the filling on the day. Sorted.If you're thinking of going to densmile, grab a plaiers and do it yourself, you're better off.

Dr samir – is an absolute legend and a genuinely nice man that clearly caresPersonally not being a fan of dental treatment due to bad childhood experiencesI would follow Dr Samir anywhere in the country to get treatment as very good at what he does and has brought my confidence back in dental visitsBroad street dental practice has great staff that put you at ease and are very professional and caringA great surgery that is spotlessly clean with modern equipment and a nice comfy dental chair to sit inMaking an appointment was easy and you receive texts to remind you.Plenty of parking nearbyI highly recommend Broad street Dental practice

Appointment's are not being respected, another place that overbooks , from 11:45 to 12:30 always tried staying clear of this sort of practices as they prioritize quantity over quality , waited for 40 minutes to be given antibiotics prescription to be told to pay an extra 40£, to be told to wait 3 more weeks till they can see me again.

Useless was advised to call this surgery for help with a dental infection and they told me they wouldn’t “have a clue”, no wonder they’re 3.7.
