John Lewis Car Park Pay Point and Entrance to Shops

Great parking spot and great location. Easy parking with a hand wash car park on the third floor. Parking prices are reasonable though car wash can be quite pricey — that said they do an amazing job and it typically takes them between one and two hours.

One of the safest car parks I’ve ever been to. Regular patrols in a secure compound a stone’s throw from the city centre. Many a times I’ve took advantage of the overnight deal and had no issues at all. Machines have always been working. Wide spaces to suit big and small cars. Clean premises. 5*! Keep it up.

Spacious carpark, reasonable price, good location, linked directly to John Lewis and High cross mall.

A modern car park with lots of space, nothing to complain about. The prices are very reasonable too, probably the best place to park when heading into town. The good thing about this is that the entrance and exit is in a good location. Meaning getting in and out is not too much of an issue.You can walk straight into John Lewis from the car park or carry on into the Highcross Square.

Easy to find a parking space, and the space size is good as long as everyone parks properly. We were able to get to the shops from the car park without getting rained on.Parking prices are reasonable considering the convenient location and it is in a city centre.I will park there again and I'm happy to recommend this car park.

funnily enough this place has become one of the cheaper places to park in the city centre, thanks to the councils ridiculous change in rates at dover street.the car park is always clean and there are staff usually around who are really friendly, anytime i’ve had a question they’ve been able to answer or solve issues. it’s really easy to get to and convenient to park in if you’re going into highcross.highly recommend this place

Useful location. I don't like the ground floor being closed now. A bit expensive.

Very big parking spaces prices are average and its easy to find on your sat nav. Quick access to the shopping centre and high St.

Not usually much bad to say, but a 1 star rating purely based off today's experience. I was parked on floor 6. As I went to pay, the pay machine had an out of order sign. I went up to floor 7, myself and multiple others tried that machine and it would not take our payment. The others went back to their cars but I tried floor 5 and that didn't work either. I assumed none were working and went back to my car to leave. As I got to the bottom, myself and all other cars from the those 3 floors were having to stop at the gates, and go and pay on the bottom floor and other drivers were angrily beeping their horns at us. If your machines aren't working, then say so and direct to a floor where we can pay. Also, like NPC car parks, have the option to pay on exit. I had my card ready, you could have had my payment in seconds and a dozen less p*ssed off drivers behind me if you'd just take payment at the gate.
