By far best gym in the area. Friendly owners, community and environment. Wide range of high quality equipment. Great for anyone and anything, from general health and fitness to powerlifting or bodybuilding. 24/7 access is priceless. Highly recommended, wipes the floor with any commercial gym.(oh and much cheaper than therapy)

Great gym. Plenty of high quality machines and free weights. They've managed to get a good amount and range of stuff in to a relatively small space without it feeling overcrowded at all. Really friendly and supportive owners. Open 24hrs which is perfect for me as I only ever find the time to go at night. Haven't used the showers there but they look really nice and clean (as is the rest of the gym). Would definitely recommend

Been coming here for a couple of months. Owners (Theo and Beth) are ace, super helpful and friendly. Gym is well equipped and maintained and it's open 24/7. Definately recommend getting in touch for a tour if you're looking for a decent workout spot.

Really nice gym! Small and friendly with plenty of equipment. 24 hour access means it’s hardly ever busy - feels like you’re in a home gym early in the morning!Beth is super friendly and approachable!

Have been going to Iron Lion for 3 years and have had nothing but a positive experience, the owners are friendly, welcoming and attentive. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the gym and always make sure to get the customers opinions and preferences. The general vibe of the gym is perfect for anyone looking to just start out, everyone is friendly, nobody is starey and there’s not the constant “oooooo” “ughhhh” you’d get from many other gyms, which just makes people feel uncomfortable. The 24 hour access is also a huge benefit. Would recommend this gym to anyone.

Very well equipped gym accessible 24/7. Beth and Theo are friendly and laid back. Everyone is made to feel welcome and there is never a sense of judgement or competition.

I was rubbish at sticking to a gym membership until I discovered the amazing Iron Lion gym. Not only is it a fab space with great equipment and music to motivate you through your session, but Theo and Beth are so lovely and motivating to those who might not necessarily be used to working out in a gym. On top of all that, it's a very reasonably priced membership with no scary contract term. I can't recommend Iron Lion enough!

This Gym is fantastic. It is very friendly and welcoming and the owners Beth and Theo are too. They are there if you ever need a hand or need advice.It is a great place to do your work outs.

Great gym, good selection of equipment and all well maintained, also cleaned regularly. The staff and members of this gym are all very friendly.Unlike PureGym and UoB gyms that I was at before it never gets too busy and I've never had to wait to get on equipment. Only possible improvement would be an option to bring guests occasionally.
