So we went there today Sunday 9th july went to one till and the lady with the mask on was very rude and virtually threw my items to me i wasn't very happy. I think she needs customer skills / care training.

Always take my shopping bag with me to use for couple of bits, instead of trolley or basket. Because its save me some time to move around quickly. And I never have any problem with any store. But today one of your staff told me, I'm not allowed to use by bag because of company policy, she said notice on the entrance. And I have to use basket or trolley. I checked notice but nothing. I have not see anything about bag, trolley or basket.

Absolutely discussed in the service I received today from the STORE MANAGER!!!Came in for an item I had seen online and couldn’t find it at first after I asked a worker (the store manager) he told me they do not sell the item . I decided to take 1 more look around and to my surprise I see the item which he told me they did not sell I was absolutely shocked . Whilst paying I see the store manager again so I said to him “so you you do sell the item I was looking for why couldn’t you just say “ after that he got really aggressive towards me and started shouting and swearing in my face . This was my first experience with this home bargains I will be sure to never return or even look at this store again !!!

Very reasonable, garden centre is great. Bought lots of slate pieces there for £3 when other places sell them for double that. Staff are friendly too. Only issue for me is the lack of pricing, mainly outdoors

Very good shop has all you need at good prices the only thing that let them down is some of the staff I find a bit rude and not very helpful

Good for homeware, children's toys, garden plants and cheap present ideas. Grumpy checkout girl with blonde hair - she definitely needs a new job. Other checkout lady was chatty and much more pleasant.Lots of garden items. Went at 1.40pm so not very busy. Easily found a parking space.

Good for casual shopping of known brands, might get a bargain occasionally.

Plenty of parking, well organised and well stocked shelves. The staff seemed to be very busy but ready to help if asked.
