Fantastic service earlier from a lovely girl called Eva. We called in to look at a car seat and possibly a buggy. Straight away Eva came over to us as we were a bit lost on what to choose. Eva went through all the car seats explaining all the features and then showed us the buggys. We wanted something that would fit in my boot and we found the perfect one for us. She is a credit to the store we walked out with a new car seat and buggy

Went here this morning to purchase a few things for my grandchildren. Was looking kind of lost i suppose wen this young guy called Sean approached me. He asked if he could help and i told him what i was looking for. Straight away he knew where said item was and took it to the till for me along with the accessories i needed. Once through the till and paid for my puchases Sean was waiting for me to carry it out to my car. Cannot believe the service i received from this young man. Every store needs a SEAN. I hope his manager sees this. Thank you so much for your help Sean.

The manager of this store is an absolute disgrace and has absolutely zero communication skills. He quite clearly has never heard of the concept of customer service & retaining customer goodwill and loyalty.My husband & I have agreed that we will most definitely never spend any more money in this particular branch of Smyths Toys, based on our extremely disappointing experience & his appalling, unprofessional and confrontational attitude.His name is Dean & he is most definitely not the right calibre of person to be a manager anywhere with such a nasty, unhelpful & unpleasant attitude..

They never answer their phones! Will be phonimgheadquarters to log an official complaint in the morning. Phoned over 20 times today still no answer. Which means that my order I couldn't collect and needed an extension on is now on hold in my bank so I can't order a new bed for another month because of them!!!!

Went to the newtownabbey store on the 5/03/22. Needed a new car seat for my premature baby. Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the staff member who helped me but he was fantastic. Extremely helpful, knew exactly what I needed and explained the functions and why it would help with my needs. He went above and beyond, I am very thankful for his assistance. Very pleased with the product I purchased.
