Uniform Direct

Amazing helpful friendly polite staff. I put an order in , after paying realised I had ordered something in the wrong size. E mailed them it was changed for me to be sent with the order.I got the wrong size blazer, ordered the correct size as I was worried about it being here for the start of term I e mailed them again. Very quick response saying they would get it processed asap for me. Spoke on the phone to a lovely lady who informed me it would be sent that day. It arrived the next day. Certainly can't fault the service and level of help by the very friendly polite staff that I spoke to. Thank you all very much.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE...do these ladies realise that customer care is part of their job??...they don't care , they provide very little help and advice...their answer ALWAYS..try on- line!I had to return to the town shop today to exchange school trousers that we had been in for on MondayNO BLAZERS IN LARGER SIZES...SO KIDS STOP SCHOOL AT SMALL SIZES?!...my son was with me, I told them I didn't know what size he would need, but nothing can be tried on and they didn't offer to measure him anyway, ..blazer on order...6 weeks!!!??Trousers too small so back I go to exchange them, not any polite attitude from staff, you feel like your relly putting them to trouble...I asked for other items when I got trousers exchanged.. was completely ignored.. asked a question and got head bitten off...so left the shop after telling them their attitude was disgusting.Got home and they had given the original trousers back, not the new ones...so onto customer service...got lovely Cameron who advised me to go to Dixon Way shop and he had got some put aside for me....lady that served me in there was LOVELY VERY POLITE AND GREAT TO DEAL WITH... know where I'm going from now on!

Although I don’t live anywhere near a local store for sizing purposes which would’ve come in useful at the start of term. I really recommend them, my son lost his tie and I ordered 2 new ones, from the point of ordering on a Thursday morning the ties were with me by Friday afternoon!

What an awful experience myself and my daughter had today trying to get her new uniform. Waited 30_40minutes for somebody to come and help and when she did she didn't seem interested and told us to order everything online as they didn't stock the smaller sizes. She was supposed to be going to look for the dance leggings we needed but never returned back downstairs to us. What's supposed to be an exciting time moving up to secondary was turned stressful and still we left with nothing. Really understaffed and the staff we spoke to had no knowledge of the sizes etc needed. Not a very good first experience at all.

What a joke ! 3 staff stood around chatting ( high Street shop) totally empty shop, myself amd my daughter just wanted to ask questions re uniform purchasing being knew to Lincoln. Stock standard answer was its all on line repeated back to me over and over in answer to my questions. It was clear there was absolutely no willingness to be helpful! Never known such poor customer service in all the 16 yrs of buying school uniforms

Was very pleased with my recent order. It only took 2 days to arrive & was not over priced. Have ordered online several times & have never had a bad experience with them

Ordered off the website, received an email to say the delivery would be dispatched with in 1 to 2 weeks. I needed the uniform with in a week, I contacted the company and explained and they said they'd try their best to have it dispatched. I received my order 3 days after ordering. Great service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered KSHS PE kit on Aug 3 and still not arrived a month later. Wife spoke to a very unhelpful member of staff today who seemed to think as long as they put it in the post on Saturday they had honoured their half of the bargain! She even thought if it arrived in the post during daughter's first school day we could trot along to the school to hand it in to our daughter during the day! I will be recommending our school no longer uses Uniform Direct as their uniform supplier.

Edit - for a change o actually got someone who could answer me like a human and apply common sense, thank you for sorting out the problem I've had.Can someone contact me re the missing jumpers from my order, 4 phonecalls and 2 emails later and I am still being ignored, Either refund or send out the uniform that I have paid for, If I have no response within 24 hours of this message I will be taking this further.Your customer service is shocking, promised call backs 4 times and still nothing,promised an email reply within 24 hours and again ignored, absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer.I had to leave a star to leave a review as I would rate your company at 0 stars.
