Bond housing group have been a very good experience in letting studio.They are very professional, arranging, understanding and respectful letting agency. Respond very quickly to your questions by phone or email and do the best for you in no time.The studio/housing are very well maintained clean and quiet with good, nice and clean furniture.I'm a worker and i stayed 2 years in one of they studio in the city centre of lincoln and it's been brilliant.For me the all included in the rental month's and the furnished studio is the best in my position.Highly recommended.The best letting agency in Lincoln.

The studios are absolutely incredible. So well done, so comfortable, everything you could possibly need is given to you, not to mention the team at Bond and Cloud are absolutely incredible people. I don’t think I could ever go to another company here in Lincoln and feel looked after the way I do with Bond and Cloud. Truly, for anybody looking for a studio or flat in Lincoln, student or professional, Bond and Cloud are the companies to go with — truly such lovely people and so quick to respond to any queries or maintenance requests.They go above and beyond, in my experience. I can’t recommend them enough. I was set to move in for July, but they got the place ready for the end of May and let me move in early - they kept me in the loop with any updates on moving dates and were just genuinely wonderful to work with. Don’t skip out on two wonderful companies working together - they won’t let you down. They haven’t let me down once since I started renting from them. The fact Bond provides complimentary communal cleaners says it all for me - they look after their properties and the residents in them.For all your housing needs, look for Bond studios and flats - you won’t be disappointed by any means - the prices are unbeatable, and the quality is unmistakable.

The studio was very well fit for purpose and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. BOND was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any requests or queries. No problems while staying there. You would not be able to find a better studio in Lincoln.

The experience has been excellent. Really nice studio apartment that was very well cleaned on my arrival and well furnished. The experience with Bond Housing Group was exceptional; everyone was extremely helpful and fast to respond to my emails, and the moving in experience was very easy. The quality and privacy of my studio is brilliant! When there is a maintenance issue this is dealt with efficiently. Communication with Bond housing/the Landlord/Cloud lettings is very effective and responses are quick! Staff members are also very polite! I have absolutely loved living here, I am in the final year of my Masters degree and my studio was a great space to live for this! Great location (West end) and I was able to have parking included which was really helpful! 10/10

Great letting agency in Lincoln for students and professionals. Very helpful throughout the whole process, and any questions or worries were answered with compassion and in the best interests of myself. They really do care about what’s best for their clients and this is rare to see in the housing industry. Rob couldn’t have done any more for me and I can’t recommend him and bond housing enough.
