Chris Jones - Window Cleaning Services

I have a 4 bed double story and was looking for a window cleaner. Chris was recommended to me by a friend and I got in touch with him. I had to chase him over text as he was not getting back to me to confirm dates and times. Today he was going to be at my house for 2pm. I called him at 14:20 to find out where he is and he said he is not coming as his burner broke. He apparently called but couldn't get through. I called him back again to ask if he new of anyone else that I could contact and he said no. I also asked why he did not just text me to let me know and then he said he didn't have my number as he didn't keep clients numbers on his phone?! (so how did he try call me earlier but couldn't get through?) I am 8 months pregnant and took half day leave to be home for him to come. I told him that I have had terrible service from him from the get go and am dissapointed in this. He promptly said 'Oh Shut Up and put the phone down in my ear. A brand new client whom he has never met - not a sorry or anything. Both of my neighbours have double story homes and both asked me to pass his number on if I was happy. I cannot believe how rude this man was to me. Its been a long time since I have received such shocking service from anyone."

Professional, efficient and an excellent job done on our windows and conservatory.Can’t recommended enough. What a lovely guy too!
