Able Access UK

The last few weeks the service from able access has been very poor. Waited for weeks for a repair and still not done.really poor service from this company

We had our bathroom done by Able Access, pleasant, polite people, nothing was too much trouble and the finished product was amazing.They were recommended to us by friends and after seeing the work carried out at said friends house, they went to the top of our list, so glad we used them, best decision we could have made.Not sure what 'annoymous'' below is talking about, maybe he's confused and went to an entirely different company! Personally I would highly recommend Able Access.

After being told how wonderful they are and seeing their work in two other friends houses we knew we wanted AAUK to do our normal not disabled bathroom. The designer was thoughtful and patient and made it feel relaxed and easy to choose everything. Then i just watched the friendly installers take over and get it done. One of my son's is Autistic and they were very sympathetic and accomodating plus i trusted them and the company so i felt comfortable leaving them in the house while i got on with other things. I LOVE my new bathroom, everytime i use it it makes me happy! After the bathroom, I went on to get all my windows and kitchen done and do not hesitate to tell everyone about them as they have done a cracking job. So, if you're thinking about getting any work done call them you'll be glad you did! They're ACE!!!

Such a professional company. Employed via Birmingham City Council to fit grab rails and stair bannister. Richard was the contractor who came out both times. My father is elderly and can get a little confused and he showed complete professionalism and courtesy. I have very high standards and could not fault this service. Well done and thank you.

Initially impressed but living with the dreadful results of this companies work has led me to completely change my review.The tiles started cracking and paint peeling a few months after they finished. The sales rep came out to look and said he'd get back to me. No one ever has. It's got worse and mouldy because water is getting behind the tiles. This wall was previously tiled and the room was previously a bathroom and laundry room. It was fine before we just needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom rather than a standard as it previously was.**Edited. The (new staff) company have been in touch and visited to start the process of finding the cause of the issues**

Able Access completed the extension on my mothers house to enable fitting of a downstairs shower room. They were brilliantly professional at all times and very aware of safety in the current climate.I was kept well informed of all works to be taking place and they builders were clean and courteous at all times.They worked really hard to get the job done within a tight time frame and I would recommend this company to anyone needing special adaptations to their home.I have read the negative reviews tat have been left and they don't reflect the kindness patience or professionalism of the company that myself and my mother have dealt with.

My parents recently had a new adapted bathroom fitted by Able Access. The company were first class from first meeting and throughout the process, to after care service too. Communication was excellent. The end result is a very desirable bathroom.Special thanks to the fitters who were very patient and supportive of dealing with elderly customers and always with a smile. Wonderful co-operation. Highly recommended.

Awful service, lack of communication is embarrassing. The way Catherine dealt and spoke to myself was disgraceful.Held up my extension for my child as we were awaiting their ‘specialist advice’. Would not recommend. Catherine ignores emails and then claims she’s been on holiday. Considering getting a job myself I’d love 364 days of annual leave!
