Fantastic vets! It is easy to get appointments whether they are routine or in cases of illness / emergency appointments. The staff listen well when you describe issues and clearly love animals. The plans in place to help spread the costs of routine appointments are reasonable and worth while but there is no pressure to take these out if you don’t want to. Text reminders help to keep my pup vaccinated etc. Our dog has become increasingly reactive so the small waiting room is not suited to him but it’s no problem to wait in the car / outside but vets prioritise those who seem stressed whilst still sticking to times of appointments well.

The care received from the nurses, surgeons and receptionists, both during Jill's life and at end of life, was exceptional. The staff should be very proud of themselves and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Avonvale Kenilworth has been our vets both for our cat and our beagle. They are a fantastic vets - always really friendly and caring. They have been so helpful also with our previous cat - especially when she went into kidney failure and had to be put down. They were so caring and helpful. Whenever we take our animals they are so attentive and really caring!

Professional, friendly and kind. Have used this practice for all our dogs over many years. They’re there for you for the emergencies and the every-day. Would recommend them without hesitation. And so would our dog!

Had the very upsetting need to put my very much loved dog to sleep. The staff were so helpful and considerate. Sat in the car as I'd got so upset. I know I did the right thing but it's not easy. Still have tears in my eyes, bless her soul. I still have her son.

This vets practice were very accommodating and gave us an appointment with our pooch at very short notice under the current covid circumstances. They were swift with their actions and treated our dog with the utmost care and attention . Not a bad price either. Would highly recommend them and now she is registered there, we shall use them again if needed.

They never gave me a receipt of the costs at my visit, also took a photo of my pet without asking my permission first, (when my pet was not with me in consultation room) obviously I was very upset and angry about it, and after they mentioned could they share the photo online

I cannot speak highly enough of Avonvale vets, the team are all amazing, friendly and empathetic and the vets are so wonderful with our furry friends. Have been going to Avonvale for over 20 years and would never go anywhere else.
