Very professional and excellent service, me and my family have been booking tickets from them for past 7 years , recently booked my trip to India on business class and they managed to change my internal flight from Ahmedabad to Vadodara on business class and did not charge me for the change, not only this but they managed to get me lower price over three other agents, highly recommended them

Doesnt deserve a single star! Booked with p&R, very polite untill has your money after that not intrested or doesnt give a damn. Even swallowed up my refund and gave me no reply or explanation. Completely unproffessional stay away or you will end up losing your money and peace!

Excellent service from start to finish, I highly recommend this travel agent, the owner Pravin is great to deal with and is extremely professional and also got best deal beating On The beach and Expedia, I will only be booking our holidays with P & R Travel for now on.

Such a joy to deal with a company who always put the customer first. On a recent trip, I was travelling alone and Pravin went over and above to make sure I was ok. With the recent complicated rules for flying, both Priyanka and Pravin were so patient and helped me through the process. Great company with really great people.
