Charlotte Evans Yoga Therapy

Charlotte is a fantastic yoga teacher. She has a wonderful calm, warm manner and is very knowledgable. She varies the classes so you never feel bored and the balance between postures and relaxation is perfect. She is so aware of the differences between everyone and always gives a a range of options for each pose. I know my own flexibility and posture have improved greatly in the year or so that I have been attending her classes. Thank you Charlotte!
