Appalling service. 3 years of deferred appointments and denials of appointments made! I realise Covid has played its part, but I do wonder if it's due to me being an NHS patient....

I have been taken off the NHS list due to cancellation of appointments.... Which they cancelled due to a lack of dentists! They then rearranged my appointment during work time, which I had to cancel and have now been taken off the NHS list. Very poor service appointments are cancelled and changed a lot.

I would highly recommend this practice. Our whole family has been here a long time. Excellent treatment and customer service. Never had any issues at all.

After repeatedly cancelling my check-up appoints for 2 years with the latest excuse being the dentist has something on on that day" I have been left with no choice but to move to a different dentist. I have used this dentist for over 40 years and have never experienced any problems at all. There is something seriously wrong with how it is being run by the management."
