I could not recommend Fast Lane Motors more. Anthony and the team provided exceptional customer service when buying my new car from them, the car itself was valeted and given a fresh mot before collection and I am so happy with it. Anthony provided great advice and went above and beyond to help me with the sale. The whole team were so friendly and I would have no hesitation in buying another car from them in the future.

Went to fast lane last week looking for newer car, no pouncing on you like a lot of garages just free to look around at your leisure. When we were ready to discuss a car we had a budget in mind and the one we liked was just outside that figure, we were told another range was due in within the hour and if we wanted to pop back we could have first refusal. We did come back took car for test drive and then decided to purchase. From that moment George was fantastic he ensured everything was in order and told us the car would be checked out and ready for today, nothing was too much trouble there was no pressure, no hard sell just a really easy pleasant experience we were not sat there for hours working out the details and finance like some garages do it was an absolute joy to deal with this garage and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to purchase a car when it’s time to change our car again this will be our first stop.

Just bought my 3rd vehicle from Fastlane . ( Range Rover Evoque for my wife ) Exceptional customer service as usual , The car was prepared and presented in impeccable condition , The customer service is second to none , Graham and his team really do go the extra mile , in providing an exceptional ,friendly and professional service from 1st point of contact right through to handover , Nothing is too much trouble and we received a very good price for our part exchange too !!! We are very pleased and very comfortable purchasing our cars from this garage , and would highly recommend to anyone , Keep up the good work guys !!!!!

Great first impression, but terrible service after the purchase.Purchased a Range Rover Evoque FN67 YDX (now for sale on the website). When test driving the car, a noise was heard, but was reassured by Graham that the car would come with a ‘full bill of health’ and the car would have a 12 month MOT, be serviced and will be fully checked by their workshop. Within 5 days I started having issues with the car – noise still present, start/stop function didn’t work, steering wheel buttons didn’t work and the coolant light warning came on. To keep it short, the car had 2 trips to their garage and the issues were still not resolved. When calling the garage, no one would take responsibility for the issues, always spoke to someone different (Know all the staff members because of this – George, Mark and Antony). Was always a delay in returning the calls. Finally got to speak to Graham (was away on holiday when problems started) – he offered to give me a full refund, or to give them a final chance to sort the problems. It was proposed that he would collect the car and provide me with a courtesy car, as they would need the car for a few days (it needed to go into Land Rover for a software update for the steering wheel buttons). I agreed and told Graham I would be taking the courtesy car to Devon as I had a trip booked. Graham assured me that this was no problem and my car would be picked up on the 9th/10th Sept. This date arrived and heard nothing from them, no courtesy car dropped off, no car picked up. Another false promise. The garage called me on the Tuesday to arrange pick up of the car – bit late! I called Graham and requested a full refund, which to his credit, it was actioned. It has been a stressful 6 weeks, no enjoyment of a new car, but it was just issue after issue.I am also curios to why Fast Lane Motors don’t do the V5 online? 6 weeks of owning the car and I received no log book. I called DVLA on 11th September (5 weeks after purchasing the car), and they had no receipt of any change of ownership. I raised this with Graham, but was told it must have been lost in the post. Just to note, I purchased a new car from a different garage on Saturday, they did the V5 online and within 5 minutes I had an email of ‘notification of new keeper’.After one day of returning the car to Fast Lane Motors, I notice it is back online for sale – I struggle to understand how the problems could have been fixed so quickly, especially given that there was a 2 week wait to get it into Land Rover when I was experiencing the problems.It’s a shame, it’s a family run business and first impressions were great, but the aftersales service was poor and nothing but false promises.

Our whole experience with Anthony and the team at Fast Lane was exceptional from start to finish. We were looking for a 2 seat sports car, and had 3 amazing examples to choose from. It was great to be able to test drive and compare the cars, ensuring we made the right choice for us. A great price and immaculately presented car sealed the deal, and 3 weeks later, we could not be happier. Highly recommended!

I cannot praise the team at Fast Lane enough. Incredible customer service from everyone, even the team members not dealing directly with the sale. The car is amazing, a fantastic deal and drives like a dream. The car was ready on time and they did everything they said they would do. Anthony took care of us and took his time going through several options for us, and then made sure we were kept up to date and looked after throughout the entire process. Fast Lane offer amazing deals and a fantastic customer experience. I would highly recommend and would definitely return again.

If I could rate zero stars I wouldDone a deal for car with this guy paid deposit and was on trains from Glasgow to Birmingham. Got a phone call saying car had been hit and was badly damaged. Lost a days wages and had to pay extra train fares. Just done a tax and mot check on it and guess what. Its just been newly taxed. He's sold it to someone else even though I was en route from Scotland to Birmingham to pick it up. My advice would be choose somewhere else to spend your money. Clearly he is a liar wouldn't trust them with a toy car.

Amazing service! Was greeted and looked after whilst viewing a new car. Very quick in sorting all the details and arranging a test drive and purchasing the car. The car was well looked after, a great deal to be had with a view complintary services thrown in. Cannot recommend this place enough. Some Amazing cars on show! Saw the vehicle I wanted and reserved it in a day. Very happy with the vehicle and the service!

I purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Fast Lane and could not be happier. Super friendly and efficient service, there was a tiny issue that was not of Fast Lanes making but they went above and beyond to resolve it for me. I Could not recommend them any more highly. Brilliant car, brilliant company!
