I am not knowledgeable when it comes to tech things, but I needed an up to date laptop, the whole thing scared me. However, I was recommended to use this service, and they are so good. Very helpful indeed, my new laptop was set up for me and I can book a half hour help session, when I need it. I don't expect they are particularly cheap, but excellent customer service, which is what you want.

Excellent service, had a faulty Hard Drive with ALL my family pictures. Glen was able to recovery 100%. So happy & they we're so quick, kept me updated every step of the way. Reasonably price to, I'm one happy customer :)

I work for a billion dollar global financial firm; and the team at Computer Solutions put my IT group to shame.When my Lenovo laptop collapsed, the team took it in, identified the problem and then managed to rescue the data, which was critical to me. The whole thing was turned around over the weekend, and at an excellent price. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have to say I was very disappointed with a recent 'fix',undertaken by Computer Solutions for a gaming pc. We had bought the correct parts, e.g. cooling, and was advised that it doesn't fit. It did when put in the correct place by ourselves.We were charged for a cable that we did not require. He stated this was a very hard job to install the purchased fan

Glen and Charlie have been so helpful with sorting out my laptop. They tried to mend my existing laptop but it was not able to be fixed. So they ordered a new one for me and put all of the software that I needed and it was ready for me the next day.

Brilliant. Laptop packed up so i took it to ccs. I have no idea when comes to computers. They were friendly, very informative and honest. They told me what it would cost to repair beforehand which was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend.
