Maybe fine in the shop, however if you order through Ebay, Don't expect your item, or a reply when you message.Took Ebay getting involved to get a refund, won't use again and would advise others to avoid.

Mail order disaster- avoid this tackle shop. These guys are amateurs in the Mail order business. I’ve never left a negative review before, but others need to order with caution from Invicta Angling, based on my experience. I placed an order three weeks ago for groundbait, hemp oil and hooks on their website - all items were in stock at the time of ordering. A week after payment I had received nothing, so I called them as the website said my order was ‘on hold’. I was promised a call back. Two days later I called again and was told there was a website problem, but my order had been dispatched. A few days later I received half the order, but not the groundbait (which was the main reason I ordered from them for a session on 23&24 August). I called again and was told ‘I have them in my hands and will send them today’, but nothing arrived and I had to use some other groundbait bought locally. I called again to speak to a manager, but Tim was not around, and was promised another call back - but no one called. I then received a refund for the groundbait I ordered. I don’t want my money back - I want what I ordered and they failed to deliver. I won’t order again from these guys - promises made and not kept. Why advertise items that are obviously out of stock? A really frustrating experience and I wish I’d ordered from a more reliable company that value their customers and call them back, when promised.

Finally after 20 days got my order via ebay after several complaints about not receiving my order. After reading reviews it appears I'm not the only one dissatisfied. Won't be using them again.

Awful.. advertising a product they don’t have. Take money for something they don’t have.. leaving it to me to fight to get the money back because they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails.

A bad experience I'm afraid and I hate to give negative feedback but the 3rd phone call with the chap debating with me really rubbed me the wrong way.So I ordered some groundbait and a rod but the rod didn't arrive?First phone call to them they said it was sent in a different package and will be with you by Saturday!, The following Monday I call again and said still no rod any ideas?

Great guys... I ordered a middle bag for my carp porter and they sent the drop in one which didn't fit... a guy called shaun sorted it promptly and replaced it within a few days and trusted me to return the other one... ill definitely use them again

Very disappointing. Not the fastest delivery and both items on my order were wrong. I'm afraid it has been a waste of almost two weeks waiting on my part, so unfortunately the first and last time I shop here.Edited to 3 stars as the refund process was hassle-free.

Wish I had bothered to check the reviews - seems to be a common story. I ordered one thing got something different, raised concern provided return label that was invalid so couldn't post the item back - glad it was a small ticket item (ordered a small feeder mould first to test before ordering the big ticket item I wanted) . Will never be placing another order with them.
