Waited for the 11.10 no. 26 from Guilden Sutton to Chester today 20/09/2023 arrived 30 minutes late no problem traffic hold ups can happen. Expecting to catch the 17.15 from Chester Steam Mill street arrived at bus stop 17.05. bus eventually arrived at 17.47 obviously running late. This time the driver had no intention of stopping as he was in the outside lane I was stood out into the inside lane with my hand clearly out. I could not see a Labrador or white stick hanging out of the window so can only assume he saw me but just wanted to get home.What a total PRAT.

Awful experience. £4 return for 6 mins travel. 1 hr between buses on a Saturday and can't use your return ticket with another bus company. Will NEVER use again!

Excellent service from Stagecoach, they have got me to work every day throughout the pandemic. I recently left my phone on the bus and it was returned to me the next day.

Everyone at the depot are very nice and polite . All the drivers are knowable polite and always on time unless of unforeseen circumstances which can't be helped if there's an accident or road works , so please think of this when your getting angry at the drivers for being late , the buses are immaculately clean you can see they have pride in there buses unlike Arriva buses and D AND G they are minging to say the least the companies no pride in there drivers or buses , if you want a clean happy bus that's on time catch a Stagecoach bus .

If I could give no stars I would … how do you get in touch with this company to complain … the link bus 204 to Deeside from Chester is only 4 buses a day and every bloody morning something happens my son has started a new job and relies on this bus to get him to work on time, in the last 3 weeks it’s been late, not turned up or gone the wrong was … Jesus it’s not hard …. Get it sorted

Driver of the park and ride 2 in chester had my daughter in tears the way he spoke to me regarding me losing my return ticket. (On a Wednesday afternoon when it is in fact free anyway!?)Aggressive, rude and unhelpful!

This comment is regarding the payment method on their busses.I was waiting at Chester bus interchange for 15 minutes and when my bus arrived I was told I couldn't pay without an app and that I would need to step off the bus
