Ordered a ride on truck for my son from another company only to find it had two of the same mirror. Contacted these guys to see if they could help with a spare one and they had the part I needed. Really helpful, quick payment and quick delivery. Ordered yesterday afternoon and its just arrived this morning.Thank you so much

I purchased a vehicle with Toyz n Gadgetz online.Their website is easy to navigate and payment was very easy. I received confirmation straight away.I made the order late in the afternoon and first thing next morning, I had a call from a delivery driver, letting me know he would arrive that day and that he would call me again when close to me, which he did.My daughter loves the car and I cannot believe that from ordering to having my daughter driving the car was 24 hours.I was expecting at least a few days to pass by before I heard anything due to covid but 5 stars for how quickly it was delivered.I will definitely be buying again from them.

I just received the ride on Audi RS5" and WOW what a car! Looks amazing in shiny gloss blue and having kit like a real leather race seat and rubber tyres

My husband and I took our almost 6 year old twins here 2 weeks ago to see what vehicles were suitable for them as we thought they might have been too big for most vehicles being almost 6 years old....how wrong were we? The showroom is a dream for every child that loves cars....my boys didn't know what to do with themselves as there was so much choice.Yas was very helpful and friendly and advised us on the best options based on what the boys wanted. Yas listened to all the requirements and made suggestions for us. The boys were able to 'test drive' all the vehicles they wanted in the carpark across the road.The transaction from start to finish was brilliant, this place is 1.5 hours away from where we live but it was worth the travel. No hard sell, just honest and helpful advice. Delivery was on time as well.I highly recommend getting the vehicles assembled by the guys in the store....they are very efficient and saved my husband time and hassle of making them himself as we had 2 very eager boys waiting to drive them as soon as they came.Thank you Yas once again for helping us choose the right cars for our boys, they absolutely love them and they insist on getting them out every day that it has not rained.

Great experience with Toyz N Gadgets. Our gator had broken (our fault completely) and Toyz N Gadgets were incredibly helpful at resolving the issue quickly. No hesitation in recommending them.

Have contacted them multiple times a few months ago about battery issues. They stated they don’t cover the battery on their warranty. Having replaced the battery, the car worked, within 3 months, again, the car has stopped working completely and won’t even charge. Tried calling and messaging, to no reply. I do not recommend using this company at all.

We were very disappointed as the ferrari came in such a bad condition as if it has been used badly before. There are scratches all over it, broken clips, stickers coming off and some parts barely even attached. We spent close to £400 including delivery and were so disappointed. We didn’t have time to order elsewhere so we ended up having to keep a badly damaged product. The assembly and fast delivery option is also excessive at £90. I would definitely advise others to avoid ordering from this company as the quality check is non existent. (P.s a few of the buttons on the car do not work at all)

Ordered a ford focus RS for my little boy, all I received was a heavy empty box filled with polystyrene, plastic bags and broken plasic bits. No car at all! I have constantly texted and emailed this company and have had no response and have stated I want everything in writing. I have seen my texts have been read and not replied to. Very unprofessional do not recommend ordering from here as they do not care about the customer service they care about the money! I should have seen red flags when they called me offering me a discount to order the item as I left it in my basket on the website for a day while I made my mind up! I'm £230 out of pocket. Also have proof of an open empty box when it was delivered by the company also
