Excellent both as a doctor and a person. I picked him after reading his resume and the extraordinary review from his patients. I went to him with a great saphenous vain deficiency and varicose veins on my left leg. We had a face to face consultation and a follow up. He has always been extremely approachable and very informative of the condition, the potential treatment with any side effects explained.I decided to proceed with the procedure, which took place in London Bridge Hospital, part of HCA. The experience in the hospital as a day surgery patient was the best I have had in a hospital. I felt that the nurses and the doctors involved were very attentive.The surgery was successful and I was pleasantly surprised to see Prof. Vassili to follow up and show how much he honestly cares for his patients.His involvement and attention does not cease the moment he leave the surgery theatre!I would wholeheartedly recommend Prof. Vassili Hadjiannastassiou as a vascular surgeon based on my personal experience.
