I had my stairs and landing carpets cleaned today by Josh. Communication was excellent and easy - a quick response to my initial enquiry and he kept me well-informed regarding arrangements for the appointment. He did a brilliant job and was friendly and professional, respecting our home and managing to bring our somewhat grubby carpets back to looking almost as good as new! There was minimum disruption and the carpets were left only slightly damp (we could walk on them straight away), drying fully within just a few hours. In the past I had hired a machine to clean our carpets - this wasn't cheap and resulted in backache and not the best outcome. I won't be repeating that and will definitely use this company again in the future - very good value for money and a great service!

Highly recommend. Turned up bang on time really friendly guy. Very informative of carpet aftercare and did a fantastic job, I had 2 stairs and 2 hallways done and took around an hour 20 mins. Very impressed on how clean a very dirty (in my opinion) carpet turned out. Literally looks brand new! Definitely booking in again for next year.

Amazing service from Josh, he was quick to reply and came to remove a nail polish stain from our carpet within 48 hours. Another company had told us it wouldn't be possible to remove it but Josh managed to. So grateful that we don't have to replace our carpet! Would definitely recommend ☺️

From the point of initially calling Josh to the job being finished, was a very pleasant experience.My requirement was a number of stains to be removed from carpets and a fabric sofa that guests had left. Josh responded to my query very fast, and visited site to review. He then gave a concise specification of what he was going to do - basically a full clean of everything.We agreed a date, and Josh arrived on time carrying out the work to a great standard.I am extremely happy with the results and the cost was great value. I will be using his services again for spot cleans and yearly maintenance cleaning.
