I Just called them about my cat 3 weeks ago, that was missing they were helpful, they did have a cat there but was not her. I appreciated your help. Sadly she has passed & circumstances we do not know. Please inform your clients with cats they let outdoors to do so supervised. Someone is stealing cats eastleigh, West end, southampton & hedge end area. If you do not want the heartbreak I have endured through someone's lack of respect for in particular cats please keep them indoors.

My German shepherds had to have there vaccination today . The nurse was brilliant with them . She came out and did there injections in the car . Made them more settled . Thank you so much . She was brilliant.

The staff at this clinic are fantastic. They are always friendly and have the time to call you back if you have questions. Our cat is treated fanatically by the staff here and he has a real rapport with the vet we see. They looked after him very well when he stayed with them for the day for an operation. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Thank you (Gabriel would say thank you too!)

Amazing vets. Had to take my cat to an emergency vet who took hundreds of £s from me and told me my cat was fine. I know my cat, she wasn't well. Called Pet Doctors and they saw my little girl the same day. Diagnosed and treated her quickly and efficiently and to my amazement as she was a new client her visit was free and I only had to pay for her medication. I was so pleased and have since signed my other pets up with them. Really impressed and I can't fault them on anything.

I have been with the practice 6 years, seen numerous vets during that time without issue and remained loyal. However no fault of the nursing staff as they are as friendly and caring as ever but it saddens me to say I have now felt I have had to leave. The new vets have not treated my pet in the way any owner would expect and she has suffered. I can no longer recommend this practice

Ambra saved my cats life before Christmas and I'm so very grateful and the receptionist was also lovely and caring. Would register here without a doubt if it were a bit closer than my existing vets in Hamble. Thank you so much! If you love your animals as much as I love my cats Jonsnow and Wookie (which is a lot) then Pet Doctors Botley is for you.Absolutely fabulous, every time I attend with my cats I am always greeted with a warm welcome and my cats are treated with love and care and attention, which reassures me that my cats are in safe hands.The whole team at Pet Doctors Botley do a fantastic job especially at helping to keep me at ease when it comes to Jonsnow and Wookie having their vaccinations , it’s a Mum thing. Great customer service even during busy times and if Jonsnow and Wookie could talk I am sure they would highly agree with me.

Pet Doctors in Botley were recommended to me by a friend after we had concerns that our new dachshund puppy had some hearing issues. For the record - we had registered with a vets nearer to our home (in Southampton City centre) but when we called them about our concerns they were very dismissive and unwilling to help, and mentioned several times that they were too busy".I would like to thank Claire on reception in particular for listening to my concerns and doing what she could to help. I booked in to have a puppy health check later that week which was very convenient.Unfortunately it was confirmed that our pup is almost completely deaf

I have been very impressed with this practise since I have been using them for my rabbits for the last two years.Firstly, they are very knowledgeable about small pets and have taken the time to discuss my worries or answer questions over the phone. Secondly, the customer service is excellent - always friendly, welcoming and professional. I even got a sympathy card after losing one of my rabbits which I thought was a really nice touch...highly recommended!
