Brought my bike in to cut down steerer tube and change handlebars.no carbon paste used, not slammed as requested, bolts over tightened and now the handlebars slip side to side depsite being torqued correctlyThe outfront mount was upside down, the stem the wrong way up and the hoods in completely different positions to each other.Upon taking bike apart the steerer tube is now deformed due to the poor standard of work.now out of pocket as I need replace my forks.just a really poor job all round. very dissapointed.
