Wonderful service, the people there are very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us alot when my wife broke her for and we needed to hire a scooter and a wheel chair to get life back to normalish.Very accommodating and a ample stock of equipment and aids. Reasonable charge I felt and I was glad of their service.Location is good and easily accessible, note to customers in future its cash only if I remember rightly but if like me you forgot there is an atm around the corner.All in all, thank you and I hope not too see you any time soon, in a good way.

They always help and inform ye of the operation of the scooter and always supply an appropriate machine. This place is a disabled person visiting Elgin town centres true asset.x. Well done

Saved my life , l came on holidays and forgot my batteries for my scooter, rented one here and was so glad of it , almost ruined my holiday until we went there. Pleasant and very helpful staff and we'll worth the hire charge.

I have used shopmobility in Elgin on many occasions and have found it to be an excellent service. They have done whatever they could to help often going above and beyond to accomodate my needs, Bill and his lovely wife always have time to talk to you on a personal level which adds to the feeling that you are in safe hands. I would and do recomend them to anyone who needs the help that there service provides.

The people there were very helpful and also very knowledgeable! I needed a scooter quickly as mine had broken down, they had me back on the road 8n no tome at all and at a very reasonable cost. All in all a very good place and people to deal with.

Loans out mobility equipment, does not sell equipment. Has been open during the pandemic so that people can get to shops and appointments.
