Really straightforward to book my car in for a major service.All completed and necessary brakes and tyres replaced by 1pm. So, I am really pleased that I did not need to return for the extra work.Sam was good and the staff were friendly. All good : )

The staff at this garage are lovely! They keep you in the loop at all times on what is going on with your vehicle. I had to wait around 8 days just to get it in the garage which was unfortunate. I understand they are busy but I wish they could just scan over it quickly to see if it was safe to drive or not as I was quite confused on what to do.

Unfortunately I got 2 punctures on my car this morning. Unfortunate incident with a very bad driver. On opening the boot ( my wife's car) I found no spare, jack or anything else of use. I was however very fortunate to be close to Carite Service centre. At just after 8am they sourced and arranged delivery of two new tyres, from their supplier, and had them fitted and me on my way in about an hour and a half. This was outstanding service! And the cost, just over £120.00. What a bargain!I can't thank the team enough. I will recommend you to anyone needing a garage in the area!

I’m a new driver and my neighbour advised me to go to carite. I was really looked after at this place. Been there twice now and the level of customer service is better than I seen at hotels. My car was fixed fast and with care. Really appreciate the team. 100% recommend this place.

Carite completed a free health check on my son’s car. It was a recent purchase from a garage in Hampshire for him to learn to drive in. We wanted to check that the car was safe and whether there were any major mechanical concerns.They did a thorough check and gave me a written advisory sheet. The staff were polite and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions. I will certainly use them for any work the car needs in the future.

Took my car here for the first time to have an M.O.T. Very friendly staff reasonably priced, and talked me through everything i needed to know regarding the next steps with my car. I'm very happy with the service I received and will most definitely be returning. Thank you all so much.

We called in to see if you could help us with a problem , our cap had brocken on the cooling system. Also a light bulb needed to be replaced in our car. They did it very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Everyone in the showroom, and garage were fantastic. They made us very welcome with a warm seat and a coffee, they were so kind. We were so pleased with them and their kindness that we brought a car as well.

I’m so pleased I’ve finally found a garage I can trust. All the staff are amazing and Sam and the team always explain everything without baffling. I have total confidence in them as there are times I was expecting a bigger bill, where other garages would have taken advantage. Thank you Carite

Carite are fantastic. I'd give ten stars if I could! My daughter recently passed her driving test and was eager to drive her car as soon as possible. Unfortunately there were a few minor issues that meant this wasn't possible which upset her. With one phone call, Sam put me at ease straight away. He arranged to collect her car and take it to their garage. Within the space of 6 hours (!) they had done everything, including fitting a new battery with a four year guarantee that they managed to order. Also fitted her box from the insurance company. They even gave her car a jet wash. The price was really good. But honestly, their service, professionalism and customer service is second to none. This business genuinely cares about its customers. They've certainly got our custom and we won't be taking her car anywhere else. So, thank you so much Sam and team!!

Took my car to carite today for a repair and had a great experience. Sam was efficient and polite when I took in and picked up my car. I mentioned when I dropped it off at 9 am that I would like it back by 1pm if possible and actually got a call at 10.15 am to say it was ready. Will definitely be booking it in there again.
