I have paid for my duration that I parked my car. Only to find out that I have a parking charge!! I have appealed, waiting for answers!! We actually asked a police officer where we can park and he directed us to this car park!! I am very annoyed because they should perhaps update their paying system so people don’t end up with parking tickets!!

Great place to park but I would not recommend to pre-book with ParkBee as there is no access control you cannot be guaranteed that you will get your pre-booked space. Also the signage for ParkBee is not clear that they actually operate in this car park (though they seem to be part of RingGo which do operate here and the helpdesk number is ParkBee's number)

Used via JustPark app for parking in Brighton. Carpark seems secure and is a pleasant 15 minute walk into town away.

This place is a gem for terrorists. Unlimited parking. No no return within X amount of hours". You can just keep renewing your parking session. Left my car there for a total of 48 hours. Had no issues.Price is fair considering the location is near the pier. 10 minute walk and you're at the beach. Decent amount of space. Easy to find and easy to pay for (just download their app)Honestly would've struggled with parking if it wasn't for this place"

Avoid at all costs. Parked here for one night on the weekend and came back to scratches all over the roof of my car and denied access to the CCTV footage because I was not a customer - “especially if you were not attending one of our clubs”.

What’s the point in pre booking if your going to get a parking charge notice even through you’ve paid. Absolute waste of my time!! Used just park and never had a problem before!

Great place to park in Brighton, only 10 mins walk to seafront. Lots of spaces to choose from and it's not along a main road so hidden away a bit which is great
