Precinct Pharmacy

Absolutely terrible! Not sure how it can even be called a Pharmacy as they never have your prescription and make you wait for nearly an hour before telling you that they don't have it. I've never been there and recieved full prescription, there's always something missing. It's ridiculous. Avoid this awful place!

Tried for two days straight to get hold of them. When I finally do they claim my prescription never arrived on their system. I'd advise everyone to choose a different pharmacy

This pharmacy is an absolute joke and useless. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Every month I get told the prescription is not ready and will be another hour. The service is non existent as nowhere near enough staff and one of the women is rude and arrogant. I am going to change to Boots.

Yesterday, I went to the pharmacy to collect a repeat prescription that I had ordered 6 days ago. There was a long queue outside the pharmacy and it took me about one and a half hours to get in, only to be told that the order had not been received by the pharmacy. I was very disappointed and thought that the surgery had not sent the prescription as we also had two bank holidays in between. I rang the surgery and found out that the prescription had been delivered electronically four days ago.I rang the pharmacy today and talked to the manager. She said that it had appeared in their system this morning. She apologised but said that she did not know how it had happened. Despite my insistence, she did not show any willingness to investigate the issue and get to the bottom of it. The only thing that she promised was that the medication would be ready by tomorrow.I really expected her to say that she would find out why an electronic message that is sent on Friday, gets to the pharmacy on Wednesday, but she was not really interested.This has happened several times before, but this time it was really bad...

Doesn't mention in the opening times but chemist closes over lunch due to pharmacist going home for lunch - varying times. Staff are very overworked and times quoted for prescriptions slip badly usually by several days.

So much better than when it was Lloyds. Lovely staff, fast, efficient, friendly service.

I was here for an hour waiting for my name to be called, so I went to the desk, turns out my order was already there they just weren't ever going to call it out. Wasn't to pleased by that however my biggest concern is that they asked for my address and I gave it. This is confirm its my order and no one elses. Took it home and realised it showed my old address, I wasn't challenged on it all. Huge safe guarding issue which is very worrying.

A grate pharmacy always friendly and efficient excellent services. Very fast at sorting things out.

Incredibly inefficient and slow, the worst pharmacy I have ever come across. Sometimes involves 3 trips on separate days just to pick up prescription medicine (ordered online), quite incompetent.
