Not a particularly welcoming place. The person on the front desk pretty much asked for registration plate, keys and told car will be ready to collect in an hour. Not expecting a fanfare but a small greeting goes a long way. I certainly wouldn't use them again for an MOT.

I took my car in for its MOT. Hadn't used Elite before so wasn't sure what my experience would be. However, I needn't have worried. The test was carried out on-time and within an hour. The mechanic I spoke to was helpful and went through the advisories post MOT. My overall experience was a very positive one and I wouldn't hesitate to use Elite again.

Went here today to replace a tyre which had a slow puncture. Had tried 4 other garages, none of whom had it in stock, but the last one recommended Elite. They had the tyre in stock and could fit it straight away, and for a cheaper price than I was quoted by the other garages. They checked the old tyre thoroughly too, before replacing it, as it wasn't obvious where the puncture was, so wanted to ensure it actually needed replacing and that it wasn't the wheel rim leaking. Really impressed with them and they were all so friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to return here again. Thank you Paul and the rest of the team. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Elite Garages Maidstone for quite some time now, and I can definitely say that I am full of praises and admiration for the staff and managers of the establishment. They are sometimes very busy and under pressure to get things done to a tight schedule, however I have never known any of their staff or managers to be rude or unhelpful towards members of the public or even their own people. I have a car that’s been giving me ongoing problems for the last three weeks or so even with visits to a specialist place. However once I got a franchised place to diagnose the heart of the problem, I found Elite Garages Maidstone to be very helpful, fair and diligent in getting all the problems resolved at a fair price and in a timely manner. I cannot shower my praises on them enough and it is important to be courteous and flexible in when they can fit your car in, as they too are human and have to work to tight deadlines, fitting in various jobs to their already very busy schedules.

My favourite place to get my MOT and service. Honest fair priced and detailed report and break-down of what is needed, recommended, and what you get away with not doing till a latter stage or time. Not just there for the money. Get your aircon done here for a cool summer. Keep up the good work guys. Seriously you are my go-to place. It's a shame you don't do double glazing or kitchens (new home dramas).

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service of Elite Garages!! They've been really kind to me and this is sincerely appreciated. All the staff I've intereacted with have been super friendly and helpful.I've also noticed their professionalism in their services too! I would definitely recommend Elite Garages :)

Was recently stranded with problem with 2 tyres. 200 miles to get home. They sorted me out. Fantastic service.

Brilliant service from Elite. The Crank Shaft Pully went on my X1 and I was proper stuck. The AA tried several garages for me but it was Elite that sorted me out really quickly. Excellent customer service as well. I'll only use Elite from now on for all my car requirements and services.

Noticed a ‘bulge’ in my tyre, visited 2 other garages who were unable to help but both recommended Elite. Customer service at Elite was excellent , from reception to payment , and competitively priced.
