Awful customer service and broadcasts personal patient information infront of others. A shame really as on other occasions certain members of staff have been lovely and helpful

The customer service I received was appalling. I calmly tried to speak to the pharmacy manager in the pharmacy about my issues and was immediately told she was too busy and that I should go. Broadcasting patient information is unacceptable, rudeness and anti-social dismissive behaviour is unacceptable. You should have a zero tolerance policy for yourselves. Absolute joke...
