Highly recommended, I bought an XJ8 from Barry without seeing the car in person first. The online pictures and description were excellent, I was sent numerous videos of the car and after agreeing to buy it was kept up to date with things in respect of putting a new MOT on the car and organising delivery. When the car was delivered it was exactly as described and shown in the videos. Overall, excellent communication and accurate descriptions of their stock.

Barry is a true gentleman. I just bought a lovely used Mercedes from him, and it’s clear he pays a lot of attention to the history and provenance of the cars he sells. I couldn’t arrange to get to him for a few days, but he held the car for me, had it MOT’d and made sure it was ready to drive away. He was honest, ethical and has a great sense of humour too. I’d happily buy another car from him, but I might have this one for many years to come.

Just bought a lovely silver XK8 convertible from Barry. He's very professional and knowleable and sells cars with a good history and provenance at a fair price. I found Barry a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He carried out some cosmetic work to the car before I took it and was happy to wait a few weeks while I sold my other car. When I got it home I found the CD cassette was missing, within a couple of minutes of me asking him if he had it he’d ordered me a new one which arrived a couple of days later. Buying premium cars second hand requires trust. You need to know you are buying from a reliable source. Specialists Cars have a long history of selling good cars. I know because I bought my last one there. I paid for an RAC on-site check but it revealed nothing, the car was perfect as advertised. Recommended.
